LGFS provides all types of manpower — unskilled, semi-skilled, skilled and highly skilled — across two broad belts. In the Blue Belt we provide guarding, gunmen, bouncers, PSOs, housekeeping, patient care, care takers, executive protection, building supervisors, electricians, plumbers, firemen and gardeners. In the White Belt we provide office assistants, accountants, HR, admin, managers, senior managers, engineers, medical staff and technical staff, matched to the job description of each client.
